We offer residential property management services to San Diego County. Currently we specialize in managing condos at The Plaza. During the past 20 years, we have managed over 60 condos and placed over 1000 tenants at The Plaza. We have never had to evict anyone that we have personally placed. 

• Tenant Screening and Placement – We want good tenants just as much as you! We thoroughly screen all prospective tenants to make sure we select the right people for your property. We have never had to evict anyone that we have personally placed.
• Rent Collection  –  Rents are due on the 1st of every month. Once we collect the rent, we subtract management fees and any expenses and send you the balance. We can mail your monthly check or deposit it directly into your bank account.
• Property Maintenance – We can coordinate all of the necessary maintenance and repair on the properties we manage. We have developed relationships with tradespeople in various fields that we rely on for high quality, low cost work.
• Minimizing vacancy during property turnover  – We pride ourselves on having a very low vacancy rate with all of our units. For the past 14 years at The Plaza, we have had a 99% occupancy rate. That means more revenue from your investment.
• Preventative Maintenance Plan – We have process’ in place that make sure your unit is in the best shape possible. We have a licensed professional perform a physical inspection on your condo. This is to ensure that all of the systems are running properly. This saves you money!
